Property Tax Valuation Appeals can be submitted to the Columbia County Board of Tax Assessors for 45 days from the date on the Assessment Notice (May 11, 2007). The deadline for filing an appeal is June 25, 2007.
Please use our online appeal form, or include the following in your letter to the Board of Assessors:
- Name
- Property ID or Property Address
- Reason for Appeal
- Whether or not you would like to meet personally with the Board of Assessors
- Day and Night Time Telephone #
