Admittedly it can be very difficult to get your property sold in a down or buyers market. Except, it's not impossible. It can be down. 50% of the homes sold right now are owner occupied and are not foreclosures or short sales. With strong marketing, honest advise, a hands on approach and an honest assessment of the value your property has and could have, there is no reason you cannot take advantage of any market and in many cases, you can come out ontop in the end!
