Last Friday (January 29) Maggie Valley NC was frosted with snow about 4 hours before it was forecast to fall. These photos were taken around 5 p.m. Between the snow, sleet and rain recently, drive carefully, no matter what you are driving.
Imagine how beautiful the views are from up on a mountain here in Haywood County. While it's nice living at ground level as you don't usually get 'snowed in,' getting stuck for a few days in a beautiful mountain long cabin wouldn't be the worst thing that could happen!
