The SFR certification class was wonderful! I feel like I know more about the process and can answer the questions our buyers have now. What a great feeling! I would strongly recommend taking the class and listening to the webinars they are VERY informative. Not as many "can I get back to you" as I had before. Much more confident now.

I took in Greensboro so a little bit of a drive from Charlotte but fully worth the time.

It paid off already with a short sale closing this month so get out there and take that class!!

Congratulations! I took it online and was very disappointed in the content. Hopefully this will help all of us in the end and raise the level of awareness as to what it is to handle a short sale transaction.

I'm in the process of taking the class online. I've already completed the webinars, now I have to take the CRS course online and send in my app. I'm hoping with this it will open the doors to new clients.
