Google has created a resource for real estate professionals to help them maximize their internet presence.

Their website states "The majority of home buyers use the Internet to research properties. Google makes it easier for real estate professionals to connect with home buyers and renters at every stage - while they're looking for properties, checking out locations and selecting their agent. It's how you reach more sellers, attract more buyers and sell more homes."

Google lists links to Google Maps, AdWords and YouTube to help generate leads.

Additional tools include Google Analytics and Google Earth.

Why not take advantage of this information provided by Google and help your real estate business.

Yes, Google has many tools to help generate more exposure and awareness to Real Estate and Agents. I'd have to agree 110% with your statement, "Why not take advantage of this information provided by Google and help your real estate business." :-)
