I've noticed that some agents are struggling in the current economy. My business is down a little but I am managing to find business and close deals. I have always kept up with the basic forms of marketing. Think back to when you first became an agent. What are the things you were doing? Marketing to expireds and FSBO's? Sending postcards? Canvassing neighborhoods? All these things are great ways to keep your name and face on people's minds. I am constantly going back to my sphere of influence, calling, mailing letters or postcards, dropping by, etc. When someone in my sphere is going to buy or sell or knows someone who is, I am who they think of. Also, getting out on the web such as Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter. I am now getting business off Facebook by working my sphere. I look forward to hearing your comments.
