As far as I can tell this interview is more than a year old. I still think it has some relevance. What I found interesting were some of the 93 comments posted to this YouTube video. It gives some prospective on how some of the public views us as Realtors

Thanks for the link. I watched it, and read the comments. This doesn't surprise me. I do not think I would ever agree to go on a TV show for any reason. I trust main-and not so main-stream media very little. I do not see how going on this show has helped this lady with life or with real estate. I hope that good does come out of it for her though. I would try to readjust the mortgages first.

Our town has been in the National news for the past 10 years. We have a now defunk Vermiculite mine that had contaminated many of our homes and public areas. I turned down interviews with 20 20 and 60 minutes and numerous other news outlets. Those who did give interviews like the mayor and other public officials never were quoted correctly. The good that did eventually come from the publicity is that our town is being cleaned up and the National exposure actully helped our sales showing beautiful our area is.
