I sure hope spring is around the corner. Its been a tough winter. Short but tough. In recent days we have seen business picking up. People are out driving around looking at homes on Sunday again. At least thats been my observation. This neighborhood use to have homes that sold in less than 30 days. The house across the street is still listed for $1.3 mil, I sure hope they get it! The two houses on the same street are listed in the mid $100s. One is a foreclosure the other is a corporate relocation. A few years ago, they both sold in the upper $200s...
I know, Its the same everywhere but at least things are starting to pick up. Hope you are seeing some changes in your community.
