OUTDOOR STAGING

Cluttered patio before staging

Patio decluttered and staged

These are the before and after shots of a patio I recently staged.  There was way too much furniture outside.  It made the patio look much smaller and cramped.  The heavy furniture was all removed, the garden hose was put away and the patio was swept.  The screened-in cabana was left in place so that there was still a bug free sitting area for the evenings.

Much better. The furniture in the after is more in scale with the tent as well. Thanks for sharing.

Charlene, This is a wonderful transformation. It makes you want to sit and enjoy the place! Is that a garage door in the background?

Rhonda & Yvonne - Thanks for the compliments.  And yes, Yvonne, that is a garage door in the background.  This home had a garage door at the back and front of it.  It's located not far from the lake and apparently some homes in that area were built with a rear door in the garage as well, so that you could back a boat and/or trailer outside for winter storage.

Charlene, Thanks for clearing that up. It really is a good idea to have a pull through garage for boats and other toys.

The patio looks a lot larger now that you have put the appropriate scale furniture on it.

Good on you!
