What's the Real Estate temperature?

By
Real Estate Agent with Sky Realty

Every city is a little different. I was maping the overall production in 2009 for agents across the country. If you have some time let me know what city your in and if sales were up or down from 2008 for you and by how much. If you don't want to use actual numbers that's perfectly fine.  A percentage is just as good or better for me. I'm trying to develop a map of the hardest hit areas and the cities that are on the fast track to recovery. If you want to search Austin homes, I have provided a free search so you could see our prices for homes. I personally saw a 30% increase last year and am hopeful that 2010 will be even better. Thanks for your help!

Lake Arrowhead CA, our volume was way up, price slightly down, we had a great finish to 2009.  2010 is starting off with fever!
