Problems !!

Did you ever have evrything "All Set"?  Prices agreed, inspection done, appraisal done, repairs done, everone happy and waiting.  Then the lawyers can't make a time to do the closing!!!  They are both busy when the other isn't.  What do I tell the buyer? The seller? It's their lawyers and each one says it's the other one. Everybody wants me to work out the time.  I can't if the lawyers won't.  i don't know if anyone reads this but it makes me feel a littl better to ask.......Ed Z
