Andrew,
I have to agree, WordPress can be a big step forward, and improve your web presence. I have tried several other blog software platforms along the way, and have finally found a WP theme that works for me. There are many options to choose from within WP.
I currently use WP Thesis, and have seen many real estate agents go with it. The SEO ( ranking ability ) it brings will impress you. The learning curve is still there, but well worth the time. Thanks for sharing the WordPress info...
Mary
Great post and Best wishes!
We have many websites and blogs and I agree with you.
Until recently, we have had just html websites for our communities nearby. Now we are using wordpress websites such as can be found at http://www.LewistonMaineHomesForSale.com - as compared to http://www.HomesForSaleLewistonMaine.com - and we like them better. I create my own templates using Artisteer and then we're off! Wordpress is more professional, easier to use, and has lots of widget features. I love it. The only concern at the moment is that we show up organically on page one for google search with the older website. Keeping my fingers crossed! I'll still visit Blogger...occasionally

So how do you decide which post to post on ActiveRain &/or what you post on Wordpress &/or what you post elsewhere?
Good luck with WP
I wished there was an easy way to post on WP and then copy paste or repost the same on Activerain
Wordpress is a much easier application to learn, and once you learn it there are so many ways to make it explode your business. Check into Ping as well, to update many sites at once.
Best of luck with your new blog. I just started up a WP blog as well. Looking forward to exploring all the platform has to offer.
Hi Grant, thank you for the feedback. If you use Wordpress you should try out Elegant Themes for the design, it's really inexpensive and looks awesome go to http://www.elegantthemes.com/affiliates/idevaffiliate.php?id=3807
