You nailed it with this blog. The three P's that sells a house is Price(Not overpriced of course-LOL),Presentation(Well staged and/or clean house) and Promotion(Effective Marketing- Ex: Internet,blogging,social media,Open house,Broker Open house,etc). Great post.
