Carl and Gertie Krautheim have been pioneers of chocolate making for over 40 years when Gertie began making chocolates by hand the traditional way of French Chocolatiers in her home in Hawaii. Chocolate has been a fasination of Gertie since she was Seven when she had her first Babe Ruth bar and craved to learn how to make it.
