Lenn it's kind of Irony to see you commenting after reading your "copyright" blog just a FEW MOMENTS AGO which  was excellent  & thought -provoking, ! I like to give the buyers agent credit because they sell and show the homes. I am also a proponet of equal splits, it really irks me after a difficult transaction to see on the HUD an extra percent for the listing agent. Again thanks for your comments and your blog!
