Ed, nice house and hope it sells quickly for you.  I like the back patio, and I am looking to do something like that in my back yare.  They do the patio with stone or is it something else?

I love the little bit of snow left in the front yard.  And yet the patio furniture is up and ready to go lol.  Bring on the sunshine.

Nice looking listing Ed, good luck with it. 145 x 200 ft. lot, that is huge by our usual standards here!  To help George out, is that a patterned concrete patio Ed?

Hi A & P, in the outer areas of most of the towns around here, 10-12,000 sq ft is more the norm than the exception for a lot. The patio is interlocking pavers, with probably a 6-8" base of tightly compacted stone dust. My guess was maybe $4-5,000 when they putit in. It would actually make more sense than concrete because it could move and the back yard has a bit of slope so the water in the winter freezing could break up the concrete in short order. This patio would tend to float without cracking.

Ed, thank you.  Now that you told me what it is I know what it would look like, and that is one of the things that I am considering.
