Many homeowners are finding relief in the HARP Mortgage Program.  Homeowners have been denied the opportunity to refinance because they owe more on their home than it is worth.  The HARP program was designed to help homeowners that face this problem by allowing borrower's with a loan owned by Fannie or Freddie to refinance with a new mortgage up to 125% of the homes current value.

To qualify, the home must be a primary residence; mortgage owned by Fannie or Freddie; can not exceed 4 units; current mortgage must be in good standing and the LTV can not exeed 125% of the current value.

To find out if your loan is owned by Fannie / Freddie, please feel free to email me at citybrook222@gmail.com
