Last weekend I held an open house. Just after the open house time, two women showed up at the door, I welcomed them because thankfully that was the last open of the day and I didn't have to scramble to get to the next one!
Unfortunately, for me, their phone numbers don't work...their email addresses bounced back. But, the good news is that I showed them the entire house...never letting them out of my sight. Nothing was missing. So, it pays to be friendly and helpful, even when potential thieves are looking to five-finger something! With spring market in full swing, be sure to watch the potential "clients". It's sad, but true.
So word to the wise, be careful out there!
