12th Annual Museum Day In Sacramento!

Saturday, February 6, 2010, Sacramento area museums will be open and will have FREE admissions! Some of those open attractions include:  

Aerospace Museum of California

California Automobile Museum

California Foundry History Museum

California State Military Museum

California State Capitol Museum

The California Museum

California State Indian Museum

California State Railroad Museum

Crocker Art Museum

Discovery Museum Science and Space Center

Fairytale Town

Governor’s Mansion State Historic Park

Old Sacramento Schoolhouse Museum

Old Sacramento State Historic Park

Sacramento Zoo

Sacramento Historic City Cemetery

Sacramento History Museum

You can visit the Sacramento Museum's Website to view details on each of the museums.

The event will run from 10:00 to 4:00.  If you plan on trying to see many of the attractions you may want to start at the California Museum for History, Women and the Arts because there you can take a free shuttle bus to most of the participating museums!
