If your office is not already doing so, you should suggest they look at www.listhub.com. They pull the data directly from the MLS ( you may have to submit forms to the MLS to make this happen ) and syndicate them to about 40 different websites automatically.
If your office is doing this, or you decide to use the service there are some helpful things to know.
- Make sure you have your feed set up to display addresses. More sites are starting to require the address be available and you could be limiting your exposure if you choose not to display it.
- You can also bypass the default ListHub Property Information Page and direct customers directly to your website.
