Calumet City Realtor Tour & Breakfast

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Rice Prprty Mgmnt & Rlty, LLC, South Holland, IL 481.010183

We were honored to have been selected to attend the First Annual Realtor's Tour and Breakfast presented by Calumet City and Mayor Michelle Qualkinbush.

The Rice Property Management Team with other guests were royally treated to catered breakfast by Villa de Bruno  held in the Council Chambers.  Jim Gigliotti, Calumet City's Community and Economic Development Director introduced various speakers who shared informative highlights for the gathered REALTORS®.

Some of the attendees were; TF North High Principal, Dwayne Evans,  General Manager Dennis Gilliam, of The River Oaks Center , Janice Kutz, President of the Calumet City Chamber of Commerce, Harris Bank representatives, Calumet City Park District personnel, and others.

The exceptional bus tour, narrated by Jim Gigliotti, exposed everyone to over-looked parcels of Real Estate tucked away in various hidden areas; like the 18-hole golf course located next to the Little Calumet River. (River Oaks Golf Course) The driver steered with skilled excellence, allowing us panoramic close-ups of views foreign to everyone aboard.  Topping off the guided tour was Calumet City's Finest, escorting us grandeur through it all!

It happened May 17th - The 3rd Yr of Rice Property Management's  Incorporation! - What a way to Celebrate!

Bob, this was Calumet City's FIRST one!  We all appreciated the opportunity since our business is located here.  We believe it was a boost.... btw my letter of thanks was read in one of the board meetings, and got a mention on the Calumet City website.  Our picture is also in the Calumet City Chamber of Commerce Newsletter!  Tony and i also attended the GNIAR Installation of new CEO (Blog to come!)
