Snowy Winter in Northeast Increases Demand For Rentals In Key Largo

By

As the snow falls and the temperatures drop, frozen northerners start thinking about the nice warm breezes in the Keys and the phone starts ringing.  "Debbie, what do you have on the water, two bedrooms, with a dock, ...?"  Eventhough it is a little late to find something for this winter, I start calling around and find something for them to help them "thaw out".  The problem is with so many people coming to visit our "little piece of paradise", I am running out of rental properties to give them.  There is also a big shortage of long term rentals.  Making it even harder to find a short term vacation rental is the policy prohibiting renting a home more than one time in every 28 days in many places.  Some condos are apporved for weekly, even daily, rentals but most want monthly leases.  So, all that to say.....I need more owners that want to rent their property so that I can hook them up with the many rentors who call in every day looking to "come in from the cold".
