Keeping your clients happy
I found some great tools to help me keep my clients happy! With little effort on my part. I was killing myself trying to keep up with all my listing clients when I came across two great things. Top producer and Kim voice. I linked the two together and would come up with an email or a professional letter I would email or send to my clients once a week with a progress report of the things I am doing to sell their home! my list includes how many showings their home received in the last week. my clients are thrilled that they have an agent that cares. Every two weeks I sit with my clients and see what their thoughts are on the progress of their homes activity. If they are not happy with something we address the problem quick so they feel in control and happy that I involved them in the progress.
