Gold Canyon Arizona- Real Estate Stats - January 2010

We just completed the stats for the month of January 2010 for the Gold Canyon Arizona real estate market. Some luxury homes that closed escrow during the month pushed the average price per square foot of homes sold for the month up a tad from the prior month, December 2009.

The luxury home market should be picking up now that the shock wave is somewhat over.

Who wouldn't want to step to a million dollar home that they can purchase for six fifty?

Our high end prices out here aren't holding up very well either. The under $500,000 market seems to be on the upswing. It has always appeared, though, that the high end market lags behind the rest of the market by about a year or so, both going up and coming down.
