George, it's pretty normal for this time of the year. Last year it was 35, the year before that it was 29.

Brenda, you're looking at the average listing price for active homes for sale. The average list price for those homes that have sold was pretty close to the average sale price.

William I was somewhat expecting much higher list price, but at those prices the inventory seem to be moving.
