I did not know that Asheville NC had that problem. . that is a big risk to take and build a home at the slope of a mountain

Wow, that is crazy, I saw a video of a landslide and it is crazy when the earth moves or shifts.

Gita, there will probably be more slide issues, and not too many will be covered by insurance.

Fernando, unfortunately Realtors are not FOR slope ordinances. (I won't comment about that here...)
