Just Closed with a Buyer from the UK in 2 weeks.!!!
I am thrilled for my buyers from the United Kingdom, we just closed on a beautiful house in Redhawk in 2 weeks and he wasn't even here. If you are interested in Relocation.... Here is how it went...
We corresponded via email for a while so I had a good idea of what they wanted. In Relocating, most is done on the Internet due to fact that many of my buyers are not currently residing in Temecula. They wanted something that would bring good rent for about 10 years but something they really liked because after that, they will move here to live. We discussed taxes and all other important details about Temecula home buying.
They came out for a week, we prepared for him. Found his home on the first day out, a beautiful home in Redhawk with a pool and a spectacular view. We submitted offer and he went back home.
Everything else was done via Internet while he was back home in the UK. They are now a proud owner of a home here in Temecula.They were a joy to work with and I now consider them friends.
Now, today... I am going out to measure for stove size for a buyer who is relocating from San Clemente that is currently in escrow.
