I want to know-what do you think is the best smartphone? I just bought the Droid and I am already thinking of returning i. But after reading online reviews of all the smartphones I am now more confused over which phone to purchase. Or is the notebook the way to go? Please help me. Confused with too many issues.
I will be watching this one too! In our area you are never more than 15 minutes from the office so wired with Internet all the time is not necessary. You can open our lock boxes with them but if you drop it you really are out of business for a couple days.
I have had a blackberry for years and years. And I will get another blackberry. I think it is the best business tool out there, certainly it is the best for email.

Robert and John, I tend to agree with you, but what's with all the online reviews stating that the blackberry freezes up and the end call button gets stuck? Is it the user or a phone flaw? I don't need all the whistles and bells either. I need to make calls, answer calls, take some pics and use my Outlook email and search on matrix-MRIS and have access to WIFi. Am I asking for too much?? Or do I need to just get used to the touchy feely phones?
Rob, you are right, if you drop that baby-we are all out of luck unless you buy the hardcase-which being the multi-tasker when I am out and about. I might need to. My son is a contractor and never leaves home without it.
Camille, I think any smart phone will freeze up occasionally, they are mini computers and every now and than you have to "hard boot" your computer, dont you? Same idea. yes it happens, but it is not that often. I have never had the end call button stick.
I would reccomend that you get the full keyboard, stay away from the touch screen. so the Tour, or the Curve would be good choices, and the black berry is seemless with out look, and takes a great picture. (most of the pix I post here are from my blackberry)
Robert, you are absolutely correct-the smart phone assesment is like a mini computer and found out after being forced inside due to all the snow we have had!! I did just purchase the Blackberry Storm and I love it-the Outlook is totally seamless and it evens downloads PDF's. I wish I would have read your email about the keyboard. I will now have to learn the keyboard limitations-very touchy thing. But I am content. Thanks for the advice.
I do like the storm, but I just do not think I could get accustomed to the touch screen keyboard.
I just got the iPhone 4 and super pleased. I like the screen touch which fits my big fingers better and the ease of scanning across tons of phone number contacts to get the one I want and the apps are great! I use the Realtor.com, Trulia.com and the eKey to open my lockboxes. Couldn't be more pleased.
Camille~I've been a BB user for years and just changed to the Droid, which I really like. I think its all about what your needs are.
and cant say how good the iphone 4 is with it having the most apps by far the clean responsive retina display too.
