I take the chance to address to you in a personal matter and to kindly ask for your support regarding the marketing of my equestrian facility in Northern Germany. As a matter of fact, your efforts will be appreciated appropriately if successful.
 
Being the current owner of the relevant equestrian facility named „St. Georg”, I would like to explain that the facility is located in Loxstedt/Hahnenknoop, approximately 30km from Bremen. This region between the rivers Elbe and Weser is a declared equestrian region. Many high class facilities are to be found here, on which both horse breeding and horse training even on international standard take place.
 
Loxstedt-Hahnenknoop is situated in the most northern part of horse country of Lower Saxory. In 1999, the relevant equestrian facility was built, and in 2004/2005 extended horse-friendly. It consists of approximately 80.000 square meters (owned space) and resorts to a total of 15.8 hectare. Furthermore, it disposes of a stall area with 47 large and bright boxes, a riding hall which - flooded with light – offers a measurement of 20 x 40 meter, a longe hall (13 x 16 meter), an outdoor dressage area (20 x 60 meter), a turf bases jumping area (45 x 75 meter) including a show-jumping course and an own cross-country course with a 3,6km obstacle course and 20 natural obstacles, an outdoor lunging circle, several paddocks and rounded pastures. The equestrian facility St. Georg also offers a separate parking area for horse trailers of the clients and an additional parking area for coaches and carriages. In front of the facility, a spacious parking area accumulated and fixed with gravel has been built that grants safe and convenient access to the facility.
 
Your support in helping me to find an interested and a dedicated buyer is highly appreciated. In my opinion, the attention should be turned to breeders or companies that emphasize both an enclosed area containing all possibilities of equestrian use and a prestigious appearance.
 
I would like to point out that the logistics and the implemented housekeeping can be taken over in its entirety so that feeding, maintenance and disposal are ensured.
 
Clients` contracts are short-termed, so that the facility can also be used exclusively by the new owner.
 
As a matter of fact, facility’s real assets are included in the total lump sum, this applies explicitly to the agricultural devices. According to the expertise and insurance documents, the value of the facility is to be quoted with 1.35 Mio €.
 
As an alternative, the facility can also be offered including a luxuriously equipped adjacent three-family-house with three separate apartments of 204 m2, 100 m² and 75 m² size. Additionally, the house comprises three garages and adjoining buildings.
