I take the chance to address to you in a personal matter and to kindly ask for your support regarding the marketing of my equestrian facility in Northern Germany. As a matter of fact, your efforts will be appreciated appropriately if successful.
 
Being the current owner of the relevant equestrian facility named „St. Georg”, I would like to explain that the facility is located in Loxstedt/Hahnenknoop, approximately 30km from Bremen. This region between the rivers Elbe and Weser is a declared equestrian region. Furthermore, it disposes of a stall area with 47 large and bright boxes, a riding hall which - flooded with light – offers a measurement of 20 x 40 meter, a longe hall (13 x 16 meter), an outdoor dressage area (20 x 60 meter), a turf bases jumping area (45 x 75 meter) including a show-jumping course and an own cross-country course with a 3,6km obstacle course and 20 natural obstacles, an outdoor lunging circle, several paddocks and rounded pastures. The equestrian facility St. Georg also offers a separate parking area for horse trailers of the clients and an additional parking area for coaches and carriages. In front of the facility, a spacious parking area accumulated and fixed with gravel has been built that grants safe and convenient access to the facility.
