Architectural Beauty Gets Staged in Westchester, CA

We had lots of fun staging this beautiful light filled home in Westchester!  This home has a grand staircase and beautiful arches and niches and a large rooftop deck with an enclosed viewing room.

Be sure to take a look at the real estate show which showcases a few of the rooms.  We didn't have a chance to see the rooftop deck at night, but I'm sure that if you are an interested buyer, the real estate agent on the property will be happy to set up an appointment for you.

We love the niches to display artwork and sculptures.  If you get a chance to visit the property, be sure to let us know which features are your favorites!

Warm and inviting, you get a real sense of space and light.  I loved the diamond shaped windows in the bathroom and the daring way you put the bed up against the windows in the MBR.  Good editing too.  Slick package all around.  Well done.

Yes, the house is so bright and everything white that the contrast really works well.  The bathroom really is luscious. 

As one of the guys setting up the bed put it, "this master suite is as big as my whole apartment!"  And truly, it is a huge suite.  One could live in those two rooms alone so having the warm accessories really makes this style  home feel cozy rather than overwhelming.

I love RES too!

The fireplace in the master bedroom is romantic, isn't it?  There is also a deck off the master overlooking the garden.  With the door open, the scent from the jasmine just fills the room, fabulous!

Okay, I have to learn how to do RES's.  The one you made here is gorgeous, really captivating (loved the "gentle flow" part, I"ll use that!).  Excellent job all around.  Also love the dark furniture against the white walls.
