I watched a video yesterday that made my blood boil and since then I have been trying to share with everyone I know AND don't know. It talks about the truth behind short sales and loan modification and why buyers sometimes have such a hard time getting their loans modified.
This video really shows us a piece of what's really going on. It makes you wonder who's really getting the help. It certainly isn't the home owner who's trying to keep his home.
If you have a few minutes, I encourage you to listen to it. It's hard to believe the amount of greed that has been going around hurting this country so bad. I fear not much for myself and my future. But for my children.
