DONALD - Yes 30% may seem like a lot but I look at it this way. It's much better than 100% of nothing. Besides I got in the business to help people so if I can help another agent earn money but paying a referral fee then it's a win win situation. It is also a way to show my appreciation for the referral.

KEITH - please do keep me in mind for any referral you may have. When I saw your name I had to immediately check to see where you were from. My ex- brother in law's name is Keith Cook. My children's last name is Cook. My oldest son is John Cook, my son Jared Cook, and my daughter is Krystal Cook.
