Check out this article at http://news.yahoo.com/s/prweb/20100104/bs_prweb/prweb3406144_1.  I absolutely believe that putting processes in place to improve the facilitation of short sales will help everyone...the home owner, the banks, the buyers, Real estate agents  and at the end of the day the housing market!

I must admit...I am an optimist and believe that the short sale process will improve!   Short sales are here to stay, at least for the next 3 years or so.  It is definitely time to make this process more workable for all those involved.

Let's make a difference in our communities by helping homeowners. I want Gilbert and the SouthEast Valley homeowners to know thay have options!

I agree. I am also an optimist and believe that the short sale process will improve.  We are going to continue dealing with people that are upside down on a properties. We just need to work on structure, and simplifying the process and time line.
