Jim and Kaye Biby, owners of Showhomes Jacksonville, emailed me these photos of a $1.65 Million dollar Ponte Vedra mansion that they staged with live-in home stagers. The home, which had been on the market for an extended period of time before staging, received two offers within one day of staging and closed in a staggering 3 weeks!

They are indeed - our live in home stagers didn't get to live in this home for very long but we did secure a new home to stage next door and they happily moved right in. All in all, a great problem to have in today's market!
