I hope you are having as good of a summer as we are having here in Vail. My sister, brother in law and nephew are coming this weekend AND we are planning many outings! including: the Piney River Resort and the New York Philharmonic part of the Bravo! concert series in Vail. As per Land Title Guarantee, and I quote:
"The total sales volume for May was $301,894,600,
the highest sales volume of any May in Eagle County recorded history.
may had 266 total real estate transactions.
May had 120 single family home transactions for a total dollar volume of $1,161,497.
May had 99 multi-family home transactions for a total dollar volume of $72,978,600 and an average sales price of $737,158.
There were 11 transactions over $4 million each.
