Unless you've lived under a rock within the past 3 months, you know by now the tax credit was extended. Enough of trying to convince Buyers to buy before the expiration date, how about getting them to realize, If you ARE serious about buying your first home, and have had cold feet in the past, that NOW is not the time to get cold feet...you must act like Nike...Just Do It!
