I love the location BUT..where's the promised clubhouse? Where's the promised equestrian barns/facilities? I've been watching and waiting for years now. Who is the new developer/builder? Each season the completion date for the clubhouse/equestrian faciliities is "guaranteed to start this year." and nothing..what's up???
