NSP stands for Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Elk River, MN has a big chunk of money available for down payment assistance for buyers with qualifying income. I feel there are a lot of buyers out there who could benefit from this money. Right now I don't think many buyers know about it.
Buyers could get $5000-$20,000 to assist in purchasing the home. Think about finding a home for $100,000 and getting $20,000 in assistance. This can happen and would be a huge savings.
