A fresh coat of paint is an easy, inexpensive way to freshen up a room. Today’s paints are significantly better than their predecessors of even a few years ago. They spatter less, keep stains at bay, and can be more tolerant to scrubbing.

My partner and I have a foreclosed condo listing. The walls were in grave need of paint. The painter used two coats of Kilz to provide a clean palette for the new homeowner. Great idea, good selling point and it looks wonderful.
