I would love to see a Tax credit ad! Or how about an ad made towards renters to promote buying! I'm sure some of you out there have ads such as this. Are they working? You could slap them on craigslist, or emails. I'm just not real creative on buliding them.
I like the Holliday ads, just don't have as many uses as some targeted ads towards buyers or sellers.
A For sale by owner ad would be great too that would covert FSBO's to listings!
