As you can see -- the SE Portland Condo Market was the WILD RIDE! Listing up, listings down . . . and Dec. '09 was brutal in pricing with nearly 25% reduction in Average SOLD Price ! The AVERAGE SALES price of a condo @ $200,000. The high-end condo unit in the SE Portland market selling @ $900,000, on average.
