Manchester Lakes Alexandria 22310 Real Estate Market Report for January 2010
Do you see what I see, stability amongst the Manchester Lakes townhomes for sale, but what about the condos? Could it be that the Manchester Lakes condos of Essex House, Victoria Crossings, Tiers I, Tiers II, and Surrey are facing some stiff competition from the neighboring Kingstowne condos in Eton Square, Chancery, and Stratford Place? Five condos currently for sale in Manchester Lakes, and in the past 30 days one has gone under contract.
The townhomes in Manchester Lakes are much fewer in number and they enter the market at a much slower pace than the condos.
The next 30 days will be interesting. I'll be paying close attention to the number of condos that go under contract.
