Heritage Springs in Trinity Florida is an age restrictive community where one owner must be 55 years of age or better. The Heritage Springs community is divided into Villages and Estates. The village areas are maintained with lawn service, exterior painting and lawn watering included in most village's monthly fees. The estates are larger homes and the owners are responsible for these services separately. The 18 hole course winds it's way through the community so many homes have golf course views, and conservation and pond views are available as well. The builders of Heritage Springs were U.S. Homes and Lennar Corp. so there are a variety of floor plans available. Heritage Springs first opened in 1999 and building was completed in 2006. You will find high ceilings, open floor plans and many sought after updates. Some homes have their own private pools.
Many residents live in Heritage Springs full time, but many folks split their time with a northern home ( Snowbirds as they are affectionately known!). There is an area on site for parking RV's and boats.
