If ony it were as easy to rejuvenate a person as it is to bring a home back up to speed! This luxury 1990 home hadn't seen updates in its whole life. To sell, it needed some and of course at least Key Room Staging.

Patricia- Great Before & After's. Those drapes in the dining area were hiding some absolutely beautiful windows!! Glad the pink carpet is gone too.
Kathy: Yeahl, weren't they hideous? Also the pink anything has to go, right? Watch out though. It'll be back before you know it.

Kathy: Thanks for stopping by my blog to have a look. Yeah, this one was really sad when I first saw it. Twenty years w/o much of anything really takes its toll. The sellers had to spend a pretty penny to repair water damage and fireplace issues as well as updating things. It really makes the case for routine maintenance in my mind.
Looks like a very big house. That was a good idea to remove all those dreadful draperies. The windows are very pretty and really bring in the light now.
Sally: Really, the house isn't that large. 4 bedrooms if I remember correctly. With Key Room Staging I often forget the total number of bedrooms. But, yeah, sunny was its middle name, especially w/o all the heavy, traditional drapes.
