I just thought I would take this opportunity, on this Valentine's Day, to profess my love for all things Real Estate!
I've been a real estate agent for seven years and I have loved every minute of it! My only regret is that I did not get into it sooner. I spent four years in an office job and while it was okay at the time, it was nothing compared to what I'm doing now. Here is a short list of all the things I love about being a real estate agent:
- I love a packed open house!
- I love offers with no or few contingencies!
- I love glowing testimonials after the sale!
- I love that every day is different!
- I love referrals!
- I love positive cash flow and a high ROI on an investment property!
- I love the smell of fresh paint and carpeting!
- I love being my own boss!
- I love full-priced offers!
- I love the look on my buyer's face when they walk in the door to the home of their dreams!
- I LOVE being a real estate agent!!!!
