Living in Holualoa - you can smell the Kona Coffee! Lance Owens, Kailua Kona Realtor

Real Estate Agent with Kona Home Team (luva llc) RS 62947

Aloha and Welcome back,

Today we are going to talk a little bit about Holualoa, resting on the slopes of Hualalai mountain, Just above Kailua Kona, one of the most sought after areas in the North Kona. Mostly due to the perfect climate, romantic evenings, and old town feeling. A typical day on the mountain, you wake up to beautiful sunny day, as the temperature rises into the  afternoon, the clouds will start to form, giving you a late afternoon cloud cover, and typically light evening showers. It still plays tricks on my mind when I am out at sea fishing, as I head out to one of the buoys, my attention is usually focused behind me, on my fishing lines. In the background is the town of Holualoa, it always looks like a Storm brewing - you question yourself - should I be heading 12 miles out into the deep blue Sea - on this little 18 ft boat! But then as I look forward - its a beautiful sunny, flat , calm day. No big storm brewing, no impending danger, just God behind me, taking care of some of the most perfect coffee in the world - Kona Coffee. Back to Kona Real estate, you have such a variety of homes up there, everything from 60, 70, and older, little coffee shacks, up to multi million dollar Gentlemen Estates. Sometimes they are right next door to each other.

My clients have arrived - time for me to take a break from this - I will post more later - in the meantime please feel free to visit my website.  or email me for a personal update

Aloha for now and have a great day

I really love the smell of black coffee and to drink it with chocolate, Now, go figure, I gave up coffee 2 years ago, after I had the flu for 2 days. I now drink coffee about 3 times a year.

Getting transactions done, when nobody else can!

I couldnt imagine life without coffee, just for the fun of it sometimes, I buy some of that really cheap coffee, just so I realize how lucky I have it here. I went up to feed more horse in Kainaliu today, and i smelled them roasting the coffee beans - just talking about it makes me want to go get a cup. My office is in the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort. An oceanfront complex, and they usually have Kona Coffeee brewing all day (I almost said 24/7 - but nothing is 24/7 in Kona) .

Aloha and have a great day
