It never ceases to amaze me how every single transaction is different. I know, we are dealing with different people and different homes and different days and so on but something new seems to appear with almost every transaction. It certainly is what makes this profession the most interesting and the most fun and sometimes the most frustrating too. My husband will tell me to get out of the office, shut down the computer, but I'd rather be working on real estate than watching tv ... can't wait to see what the next adventure in a home sale will be!

Yes, ever deal is different and complex. The amount that the Real Estate Agent actually oversees is alot of different companies, inspectors, escrows, title, paperwork to close...etc.

Colleen Kilfoil was the seller's broker for a house my fiancé and I were trying to buy. Everything that you could think of went wrong and more. Who exactly is to blame I'm not quite sure at this point but when my fiancé went to get his deposit back after the seller had walked away from the deal she refused to give it back without my fiancé signing a release stating we wouldn't sue them. We refused. It took two letters from our lawyer and a call to the real estate board before she would release or $7,000. the whole experience with Colleen and acapehouse.com was highly unprofessional and one of the worst experiences in our lives.
