By
Commercial Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
I need help in posting my listing. I am of course new and need help. I have some commercial investment properties and some leases to input. Any help would be appreciated. By the way, if you have any investors -looking for property in the tri-state area, I will definitely pay referrals.

Hello, Phillip!  Welcome to AR!  Congratulations on your first post!  We're glad to have you.  I've attached a link to my post about posting to localism for your listings.  Just ignore the html part and the signatures part...http://activerain.com/blogsview/138896/Guide-to-Your-WYSIWYG.

There are a couple or so groups you can join to post your listings, one of them is Listings by Address.  Please make sure that you read the guidelines before you post in each group that you joined.

Let me know if you have other questions.  Good luck!

Hi Phillip, Welcome to Active Rain and the Newbie Group.  I see Yolanda was here first and that was lucky for you -- she was able to link you right to her post which answers your question.  If you need more help, just post your question and someone will stop by to help.

Phillip, Welcome to Active Rain. Go to Search and then Groups. Listing by Address is my recommendation. Read the guidelines. Hope this helps. Enjoy and good luck.

Welcome

The others have provided great suggestions. There is also a commercial group, and a commercial listings group. So when you list be sure to join and check the box for the commercial listings group also.

Yolanda, I have read some of your other posting and I thank you for the help. I will find time latter today to post some properties.

Judi and Frank, Thank you for your response and look for my future blogs and when I get this mastered, I will help others.

James, I really appreciate the help with the commercial listings group, if I can help you with any potential investment property please let me know. I have clients always looking to purchase.

Phillip - welcome... for posting listings I would join the group "listing by address" and then a great on-line source is www.postlets.com   Its a free site with an easy way to advertise you're listing and post direct to many other on line sites like Craigs list  etc.

Good luck...

Phillip - Welcome, we have all asked this question when first joining as well. I use postlets for listing and vflyer is also helpful. It will come down to your personal preference. The more you dig here on AR, the more you are going to learn...have fun.
