It's 10:07 pm and I just sat down to write something, although I don't have the slightest idea what to write about.  Worked in the yard early this morning.  Then ran comps for a potential listing (?), and made several calls.  Then went to the Miami property and worked until 5:00 pm.  Came home and ate dinner, made a few more calls, and then went back and worked some more on Miami.  Painted the first coat of trim on the windows in the livingroom, diningroom, and both bedrooms.  The back bedroom trim was blue, so it's going to take at least three coats of white to cover it...

Might show properties tomorrow.  If not, will be back painting over at Miami.  I need to get as much done as possible, as we are going camping this weekend - Thursday through Sunday.  This weekend is "Christmas in July" at the campground; everyone is supposed to decorate for Christmas.  There will be prizes for the best decorated camp.  I also dug decorations out of the attic this morning.  Tomorrow, I will choose which tree I'm packing in the back of the truck.  I borrowed two of neighbor Gary's blow-up decorations, one a carrousel and a snowman.  It sounds crazy, but it might be fun to enter the contest.  This past October, I won the award for the campsite with the best Halloween decorations.  We'll see what happens...

I like your wood work. I hope you are not going to paint it.  Even though that is the fashion now days. I've restored many houses and stripped a lot of paint.  With the proper preparation and the right stain color nothing beats the natural look of wood. It is also much easier to keep clean. Have Fun!
