The massive condo building at 1515 South Flagler Drive  in West Palm Beach, Florida met a Valentines Day Demolition.  The Palm beach Post captured on video this spectacular event.  Although the video may be slow to load it is well worth the wait.  Enjoy1

I'm not sure I understand what happens to the individual unit owners when a condo must be demolished? Some must have had mortgages. Do they rebuild? Living in a condo myself, I just wonder if anyone knows that answer.

Hi Mona,

Watched this the other day.  Pretty impressive.  Let's see how long before they replace it.
